I wish to enrol in the West Coast College of Fitness for the course(s) indicated above.
As part of my enrolment, I understand that attendance is compulsory, and if I am unable to attend due to unforseen circumstances I will inform West Coast College of Fitness immediately and will cover any missed course material outside standard class hours.
I agree to pay the enrolment fee as per indicted on my invoice within the specified period.
I understand that if I wish to cancel my enrolment, I will not receive any refund of fees paid - however I understand I may be eligible to postpone my enrolment for up to 8 weeks subject to agreement with the West Coast College of Fitness.
